You will be that bad ass investor if you follow the right people and IMPLEMENT what you learn!! SEO is a monster in itself. You can start by signing up for some free SEO Training, maybe check out some blogs. HubSpot has some really good articles about optimizing your site. I use 10)% organic SEO techniques. It takes time to build your website up for that, but it’s worth it. I get tons if free leads on my site - We Buy in Jax.com. It takes time. There are technique, of course, that take money, but I’m stingy. I like FREE techniques, and I take the time to learn how to do them. Most people arent willing to do that.
I use Click2Mail for my postcards. And yes, I do suggest that you get someone to screen your calls unless you wanna go crazy for a minute. There are some affordable answering services out there. If you cant afford that, then use Google Voice. That way you can at least track your calls, and capture voice mails Good Luck! Keep being a loyal mobster GAIL

I get mumbo jumbo….
what do you do 1st and how much do you put down
on the option
and howlong of a period do you give it, (if you are a newbie ? )
when do you put earnest money on the contract ?
which contract should the earnest money go on…?
purchase & sales agreement or assignment agreement….?
