flip housesYO!  I  know you have a deal that is paralyzing your ass.  Everyone has one.  What am I talking about?  You know – the seller calls, gives you all the details. Everything sounds freaking amazing.  You hang up, run to the computer, pull up the tax record, the comps, and then: DEER IN HEADLIGHTS syndrome. Yeah, I’ve seen this look a few times too many.

Chillax, dude!  All you need is a second set of eyes. Someone to have a non-monetarily-interested-knowledgable-real-estate-person to take a quick look at the facts, and tell you whether to go for it or not (and maybe even give you some reasons why/Why Not.

So I’m here to help you.  Leave a VIDEO or an AUDIO comment below, giving me all of the nitty gritty details, (ARV, REPAIRS, MOTIVATION of Seller, Location Rating, etc).
