Ask Tracy for Property Investment Advice!

No woman personifies the real estate mob more than Tracy Caywood, a.k.a. ” The Flamingo”. A sharp-tongued Jacksonville Florida native with enough sass and guts to tackle any seller or buyer of real estate, Tracy has ventured into many arenas of real estate investing but has always managed to keep her status on the A-list of wholesalers. Tracy left her Fortune 500 job in the late 90′s to seek fame and fortune in the real estate business, where she ended up as a master of buying properties without using any of her own money, and then immediately reselling them for a profit (a.k.a. Real Estate Wholesaling).

Relationships with other ventures other than real estate never last long with Tracy, but armed with the connections and the moxie she has enough oomph to take anyone from cradle to grave with her vast knowledge of the business, and turn anyone’s status from dark to light in a matter of a few weeks. Although she can stand on her own two feet, she chooses to walk to path of success with her mob partner who is just as tough as she is,  Dan “Bugsy” Caywood. Tracy and Dan hit it off instantly, and strive for success in every area of their lives.  There are some who say they’re only interested in each other for sex and money, and while they may both agree, they do share the same goals in life including raising two mini-mobsters, who go by the alias of Derek and Mallory (real names revealed).

“Money makes the world go round”, Tracy states as she gets out of the limousine before arriving on the top floor of the Penthouse Lounge for her weekly real estate show. That statement may be disturbing to some folks, but the reality is that it’s true.  Money doesn’t create happiness, but it sure does keep the stress away from not having enough to pay the bills.

Ask "Bugsy" for Property Investment Advice

Dan “Bugsy” Caywood was born in Ithaca, New York. He was one of three boys living in a small  house. Early on, the children sought to escape their poor conditions. But while his brothers worked in the Italian restaurant field, Bugsy chose another route. He turned to the streets. The streets of real estate, that is. By the time he was twenty five years old, he was already playing confidence games. He first watched others playing the game of wholesaling, and then decided to join in and have some fun of his own.

Bugsy is tough. His main source of income is from finding distressed properties, and then reselling them before he ever has to close on them while making a substantial profit (a.k.a. wholesaling) . His time spent on the streets of his new hometown, Jacksonville Florida (thanks to Tracy “The Flamingo”) , has been spent fighting for position as the master mobster of real estate. His well earned title has influenced many other locals to play the game, as well.  Bugsy has lead more than a few foot soldiers of the mob into more appealing titles, such as The Underboss, or Hired Guns.

By age 26, Bugsy was making a good deal of money, and he flaunted it. He bought a fancy house in Jacksonville Beach, a BMW, he wore fancy clothes. He was good looking and charming, and in 1998, he was able to convince The Flamingo to marry him. Since then, life as a real estate mobster has never been the same. Together they dominate the streets, mass control their demographic areas, and lead others into divine life of entrepreneurship.
