| 50 Signs to Get a Seller Lead | December 17th, 2011 |
So guys, I can’t make this shit up. I put 50 Bandit Signs out last night. I wrote them by hand, staked them, and then loaded them up in the car. Me and Dan stuck em in the ground ourself. Well, actually, I did the sticking, he did the driving. Kindof ass backwards if you ask me. Here’s the photo of the signs just before we put them out. It was about 9:30 pm. when we got done.
So then what? We went home, kicked our feet up on the coffee table and watched a movie on Netflix.
Then, the next morning, lo and behold, a call came in to the seller hot line (the google voice number). It was a motivated seller who has a townhouse that he wants to sell. He says that the property is rented with a tenant for $1,000.00. When asked why he wanted to sell, he says that he just wants to “Get out of it”. It’s free and clear, no mortgage. He doesn’t sound the the best candidate for my program, but I’ll still go through the motions. Because you just never know what lies underneath his story. There is usually more than meets the eye.

You’re going to see, hear, and understand the process of flipping a wholesale deal, starting with Step #1 all the way to Step #5. There aren’t any steps that I’m going to leave out, because they’re all necessary for your business to be a success.
