    Hello, awesome Tracy Caywood. I enjoyed your 5 hour webinar last week! Here's a question: What happens if/when I overbid an offer, or for other reasons I am unable to find a profitable re-sale buyer? Can I get out of having to closeon/buy a property which I have under contract, but which I realize i am unable to re-sell? Thanks!

    P.S. How do we receive your response? Facebook…? Other.. ?

    Yes, you cant make a buyer buy, you can only make a seller sell. The only thing at risk is your binder deposit (which you shouldnt give them)
