I'm glad you're thinking about real estate lead generation outsourcing right now and decided to read THIS blog post. To me, that means that you're actually considering taking your business a little more serious.
If there's one single thing that you should research when it comes to improving your business and your bank account balance, it's the process of getting someone else to generate real estate leads for you.
Generating motivated seller leads happens to be one of the most challenging roles of every real estate investor. It's what I see discussed the MOST in every real estate investor forum and Facebook Group that I belong to. Everyone is always trying to find that "magic" mailing list so they can crush their competition.

Listen to me closely. There's no magic pill! There is, however, some simple standards when it comes to list selection. Are there some mailing lists that perform better than others? ABSOLUTELY! To find out what those are, it required some testing, analyzing, and gathering information about what you're currently doing first. Maybe you already have that magical list!
If you have a mailing list that is bringing in quality leads, and producing a positive ROI, then it's time for you to automate the process with real estate lead generation outsourcing. Turn that mailing list and your process of using it in your business a process that can be duplicated by anyone!
Keep reading, because I'm going to tell you exactly how to automate real estate outsourcing!
When you've decided to start outsourcing the process of lead generation, you need to start thinking about how your process works. Is it actually a system that can be duplicated by someone else? {The answer should always be yes here.}
The next time you sit down to handle your marketing and lead generation task, be prepared to spend a bit more time on it. You're going to start developing a training library for the lucky person who's going to handle this for you. You can celebrate this idea, and think of it as the last time you'll ever have to do this task again!
People learn in different ways, so you're going to need two forms of training for your real estate lead generation outsourcing process.
Text - Write down every single detail of how to do the process you're working on. When I say everything, I mean everything. Every click, every movement of the mouse, every selection, every navigation, every word that you enter. Don't leave anything out! People need very detailed step by step instructions in order to get the job done correctly. This will be a little time consuming, but worth it in the long run.
Video - Record a video using Screenflow, Jong, or Screen-O-Matic while you perform the task. Talk while you explain exactly what you're doing it, why you're doing it, and what should happen when they do it. Having a video will help them visualize how it will look when they do the same thing and give them assurance that they're doing the job right.
The curse of knowledge is a cognitive bias that leads better-informed parties to find it extremely difficult to think about problems from the perspective of lesser-informed parties.
What do I mean by this? Remember that the person is who is being trained has never seen this stuff before in their life (unless you hire a MOB Associate)
so they need to know every step that will lead them to a successful completion of the task!
If you're talking and recording the video but completing steps without an explanation, it may cause confusion. It's better to just explain everything - as if you were teaching a 10 year old child to do it.
To test your real estate lead generation outsourcing instructions, give them to a 10 year old child and see if they can complete the task. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT! If they have questions about how to complete any part of the task, then you need to make changes to your instructions. There should be no questions whatsoever. THEN you have the start of an excellent training library for when your hire a new real estate virtual assistant service!
Your real estate virtual assistant training library should be stored in a cloud based application. For videos, YouTube or Vimeo is great. Just be sure to keep your videos as Private or Unlisted so that people can't share your business practices amongst each other. You've worked hard on your real estate lead generation outsourcing system!
For your written instructions, Google Drive or Zoho Projects is excellent. (I LOVE Zoho Projects for task management and many other collaborative projects! Your "training library" folder can be shared with your new VA!
Once you have your training library started, and there's enough instruction in there that have been tested to be easy to understand, then it's time to put your real estate lead generation outsourcing system to the test!
Hire a real estate investor virtual assistant! There are many websites that have freelancers that will work for you, like UpWork.
